Kevin Bowen

Executive Director of Santa Fe Human Rights Alliance

Kevin Bowen, based in Santa Fe, New Mexico, is a multifaceted professional combining expertise in fitness and wellness with a strong commitment to human rights activism. As the Executive Director of The Human Rights Alliance since November 2019, Kevin leads with a forward-thinking approach, characterized by his skills in consensus building, motivational public speaking, and strategic foresight in identifying global opportunities.


In addition to his role at The Human Rights Alliance, Kevin is the Director and Owner of Core Dynamics Pilates since September 2014, where he oversees the Pilates Teacher Training Program, a registered Occupational School with the State of Colorado. His journey in the Pilates profession also includes serving as the Director of The Prime Pilates/Kevin A. Bowen from July 2012 to November 2019 in Denver, Colorado, where he focused on instructor training, continuing education, and consulting services.


Kevin's leadership extended to Peak Pilates, a division of Mad Dogg Athletics, as the Director of Education from January 2010 to June 2012 in Boulder, Colorado. Before that, he founded and directed Pilates Miami/Pilates Education Group from 1997 to 2010, managing a Pilates studio and a comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training Program in Miami, Florida. His commitment to the Pilates community is further highlighted by his role as Co-founder, Board President, and Executive Director of the Pilates Method Alliance from 2001 to 2007.


Kevin's educational background includes studying Business at the University of South Florida and attending Jesuit High School in Tampa, FL. Known for his ability to inspire and unite, Kevin excels as a spokesperson and human rights activist, leveraging his extensive experience in both the Pilates profession and human rights advocacy to make a significant impact.
