- REPERTORY | Liveartssantafe
#savethegreer, Greer Garson, Santa Fe, New Mexico, Santa Fe University of Art and Design, SFUAD, Collage of Santa Fe, CSF, Midtown Campus, Inspire, Transform, Engage, Theater, LiveArts Conservatory, Live Arts, LiveArts! Santa Fe, LiveArts!, Live Arts!, Education, #SavetheGreer Repertory LiveArts Rep is a new kind of performing arts company. We aim to remove the obstacles that prevent artists from being able to get the most from their talents and creativity. In conjunction with LiveArts Conservatory, company membership will provide full-time employment that pays a reasonable salary. We expect that 60% of company members' time will be spent on creative projects, 30% on teaching and mentoring, and 10% on community engagement. Similar models have been successful in programs like PCPA in California and ART in Massachusetts. Where LiveArts Rep departs is our unique process for project development. Instead of an artistic director making all of the producing decisions, each company member in turn has the opportunity to lead a project. This artist chooses the material, defines the vision, and decides what position they and other company members will hold in the production process. The rest of the company will offer support, guidance, and their creative talents to bring the leader's vision to fruition. We want all company members to be financially, emotionally, and artistically invested in the success of each project, and the company at large. Through this process of creative cross-pollination, LiveArts Rep will produce dynamic creative projects that challenge and inspire our local community, and enrich America's performance landscape. The artistic vision of the company will be steered, but not dictated, by the artistic director. Project leads are allowed to follow their inspiration, and in place of a rigid style coming from the top, all projects will adhere to a list of artistic values. LiveArts Rep projects are: Entertaining We are not trying to make elitist art that is only enjoyed by the chosen few. Our projects have a broad appeal. People like them. They are not academic or sermonic. They are brave yet accessible. Moving LiveArts Rep projects make you feel something. Some will be comedy, some tragedy, many something else all together. But all projects will take the audience on an emotional journey, and leave them changed. Creative Every project must be something that we have not seen before. Does that mean we are only producing new works? No. But every project must give something original to the audience, the artists, and the global theatre community. Intentional It is not enough to be entertaining, moving, and creative. Great art must also be intentional. It must have a reason for existing. It should not proselytize, but it should have something to say and a reason to say it. We are living in an era of unprecedented connectedness. People are losing interest in the stuffy formal performing arts organizations of the past and are searching for something new. By sharing our passion and our process through online channels, LiveArts Rep will get people excited about our artists, and the work they are creating. We will be candid and transparent with fans and followers about the goals, challenges, and victories of creating in this new way. We will move past the barriers that have been holding back our industry. Historically, theatre has reinforced racial stereotypes. It has tokenized and subjugated people of color, and systematically excluded anyone who doesn’t fit into its mold. It’s time to move intentionally away from that model. The core of this creative process is radical equity, diversity, and inclusion. We use the faces, voices, and creativity of our diverse company of artists to build authentic connections with the local community and create a following that stretches beyond the borders of Santa Fe, and eventually around the world. These followers become donors, audience members, and even students at the conservatory. The company feeds the conservatory and the conservatory feeds the company, and all the while we create groundbreaking art that doesn’t exist anywhere else.

If you have not checked in by this time, your ticket may be forfeited and resold to a waitlisted guest. Once your ticket has been released, you will not be admitted, and no refund or credit will be issued. Waitlist Access A limited number of spots may be held for guests on the waitlist, subject to seating availability and no-show volume. If you have accessibility needs related to terrain, heat sensitivity, or lighting conditions, please email accessibility@liveartssantafe.org in advance. Assumption of Risk By attending, you voluntarily accept any inconveniences or environmental risks associated with the venue and understand that such conditions are part of the artistic and experiential nature of the performance. 23 SERVICE ANIMAL POLICY LiveArts Santa Fe welcomes guests who require the assistance of trained service animals, in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Permitted Animals Only trained service animals are permitted at LiveArts Santa Fe events. A service animal is defined as a dog (or in some cases, a miniature horse) that is individually trained to perform specific tasks for a person with a disability. The service animal must remain under control at all times and on a leash, harness, or tether unless such devices interfere with the animal’s work or the individual’s disability. Non-Permitted Animals Emotional support animals, comfort animals, therapy animals, or pets are not considered service animals under ADA guidelines and are not permitted at events unless explicitly allowed in the event or venue listing. Guests who bring non-permitted animals may be denied entry or asked to leave. Venue Limitations Due to the immersive or unconventional nature of some venues, seating for guests with service animals may be limited. Please contact accessibility@liveartssantafe.org in advance so we can best accommodate your needs. 24 CHILDREN & FAMILY ATTENDANCE POLICY LiveArts Santa Fe events vary in age-appropriateness depending on venue, content, and programming. Please review the event listing carefully for specific age guidelines. Standard Age Policy Unless otherwise stated, LiveArts Santa Fe events are restricted to guests age 21 and over (see Section 1). Valid, government-issued photo ID is required for entry to all 21+ events. Children, teens, and individuals under 21 will not be admitted to age-restricted events, even with a guardian present. No refunds will be issued for denied entry due to age. Youth-Focused Programming Certain events — such as the Teen Cabaret series — are specifically designed for under-21 audiences. These events will be clearly labeled in all promotional materials and on the event ticketing page. Children under age 13 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Parents/guardians are responsible for the behavior and safety of any minors they accompany. Age eligibility and participation policies will be outlined in event-specific terms at the time of ticket purchase. Behavior Expectations All guests, including minors, are expected to remain respectful of the performers, staff, venue, and fellow audience members. Disruptive behavior — including talking during performances, wandering the venue, or ignoring staff instructions — may result in removal without refund. 25 WEATHER POLICY (OUTDOOR EVENTS ONLY) LiveArts Santa Fe embraces outdoor and site-specific performances that may be affected by changing weather conditions. The following policy applies to all outdoor events: Rain or Shine Unless otherwise stated, events are scheduled to proceed rain or shine. Please dress accordingly and prepare for variable weather conditions (sun, wind, light rain, etc.). Severe Weather or Unsafe Conditions In cases of extreme weather (e.g., lightning, high winds, flooding, heavy smoke, or excessive heat), performances may be: Delayed Paused and resumed Relocated, if an indoor backup venue is available Canceled, if conditions cannot be made safe for performers and guests Refunds & Rescheduling If an outdoor event is canceled in full and cannot be rescheduled, ticket holders will be given the option to: Receive a refund Convert the ticket into a tax-deductible donation Receive a credit for a future LiveArts event No refunds will be issued for weather-related delays or interruptions if the event continues or resumes in some form. These policies may vary slightly based on venue security requirements. Bag Policy Small personal bags, purses, and clutches are allowed but may be subject to inspection upon entry.
